The customer used to utilize handheld screw driving machine, which couldn’t satisfy the production efficiency requirements of a LED light board with over 100 screws. On basis of customer’s manufacturing needs, OKATA provided a screw driving system connected to customer’s production line, enhancing the speed to locking 1 screw per second. The operator only needs to put the LED light board to be processed on the line, which saves much labor.
One LED light board of 25cm*26cm, needs to lock 100 screws, which are M3 Philip's head screws. (see the following picture)

FeedbackThe LED light board screw driving system was put on stream on Feb. 2014 and now the screw driving speed has achieved 1 screw per second. With high efficiency, high precision and defective rate lower than 0.1%, each automatic screw driving machine has saved the labor costs of two workers. All the time the screw driving system has performed stably and precisely and customer’s equipment maintenance personnel has mastered the abilities to handle normal failures.
